Retreat Centre

The Scott Mission Lodge in Collingwood, Ontario, is used as a retreat centre to give our guests a time of comfort and rest away from the city (click here for a map). The Lodge is located on 113 beautiful acres on the Blue Mountain overlooking Georgian Bay. This land was a gift to the Mission in honour of our founder, Rev. Morris Zeidman.

The Lodge has comfortable accomodations for up to 30 guests. The peace and tranquility of the Lodge allows guests to experience the beauty of God's creation and brings relaxation, restoration and hope. For some, this is the only opportunity to get out of the city and break the cycle of isolation and loneliness.

Our Guests Lodge

The Men's Ministry department takes groups of homeless men to the Lodge for retreats. A work program is also in place for them as they participate in the various maintenance jobs on the property.

The Women & Family Ministry Department takes groups of women to the Lodge for a time of refreshment and rest.

The Lodge is also used for the Mission's staff retreats and meetings.

While The Scott Mission programs have priority, we do rent to church groups when there are vacancies. For more information, please call us at (416) 923-8872.
