30-30 Pitching Program

The emphasis of this program is to ensure that young players get a good foundation of effect and sound mechanics. This program is designed for baseball players from the ages of 9-13. It gives the player a 30 minute semi-private hitting lesson and a 30 minute semi-private pitching lesson. This one hour session is limited to 4 players per session.

Power Pitch & Hit Program

Every pitcher who trains their core muscles helps to maximize pitching mechanics and reduce injury so this program combines two 35 minute pitching and hitting lessons along with an intense 20 minute core workout. Players will have the benefit of 70 minutes of semi-private instruction along with a strength training program designed specifically for pitchers. The program is limited to 4 players per session.

Skills Program

This program is designed to enhance all areas of a baseball / softball player. This program will offer in depth coverage to all positions in the infield/outfield and the odd pitching and catching segment. The hour time slot is filled with a half hour of hitting and a half hour of fielding. This program is highly recommended at the younger ages as it will develop your son or daughter into a complete all around baseball/softball player.This program is limited to 4 players per session

2009-10 Fall/Winter Cost and Times

NOTE: Program slot priority is given to client's with extended sign-up dates (Ex. 5 and 7 month programs).

• GST Not included in prices
• Post-dated cheques or pre-authorized credit card payments are required for programs
• Make-up lessons for missed program lessons can be made up during the year if space is available. Two make-up lesson dates will be offered to 5 and 7 month program participants (Jan/Apr).
  
• Multiple family members receive an additional 10% off the second program
• For monthly programs paid for in one payment, we will pay the GST
