2009 Softball Summer Camp  | There is a limit of 24 players per camp so make sure to book early. Every area of the game will be covered and there will be some softball specific dry land training also included. Pitchers and catchers will get individual work on their positions.

NOTE: Friday will be used as a rainout day if required. WHAT TO BRINGPlayers should bring all their ball equipment along with sunscreen, lots of water and a healthy snack.

| Medical Release Forms
All players must have a Power Zone medical release form signed before the start of camp. Power Zone can email the form to you prior to the camp. Camp Location Is located at Mill Lake Park located just south of Seven Oaks Mall in Abbotsford. For directions to the park click on the link below.
